GHIN Handicap Reminders

GHIN Handicap memberships expire February 26!
Please remember to renew your GHIN membership by Feb. 26,
2008. GHIN memberships not renewed by this date will be
placed on inactive status. GHIN handicaps not renewed by this
date will remain in the system, but cannot be accessed or
updated until it is renewed.
You can renew your GHIN membership in the Golf Shop for $40+tax.
A GHIN membership will entitle you to an official USGA handicap
routinely updated by the golf shop staff from Feb. 27, 2008 to
Feb. 24, 2009.
Don't wait! Renew today.

Mulligan Appreciation Tourney

Sports Grille Now Open
October 9, 2007
 The
SPORTS GRILLE at Lago Vista Golf Club celebrated its Grand
Opening on Monday, October 8. Festivities included a 4-person
Scramble, and a Monday Night Football Watch Party, featuring the
Dallas Cowboys vs. the Buffalo Bills. Thanks to everyone who
came out, and congratulations to the winners!
VFW Tourney Big Success

 The
VFW Post 10427 is celebrating their most successful golf
tournament and fundraiser, held at Lago Vista Golf Club
Saturday, Sept. 29! The 4th annual charitable event funds local
youth scholarship programs and activities. This year, more money
was raised and more players attended than ever before. Thanks to
all those who played and volunteered!
